Hidden Location 8 Transit Corridor South 406 Look for an office window up along the wall. This whole way is to get you to that big area on left side of the map called Black Rock Quarry. Enter the room turn left look up and levitate up through the hole in the wall.

In the Black Rock Quarry Entrance where the Astral monster is is a door in an above alcove you can enter. Theres an entry point in the top right. Once you reach the area where the door is located you will unlock the Skill Point. That might be one where you have to find some good upgrades to your gunsabilitys and come back when you are more powered up.
